Counselling Supervision

I offer a warm and supportive approach to supervision, which is underpinned by a trauma informed practice and a non diagnostic view of mental health.

I offer supervision in person from my office in Redditch or online for those further afield.

I operate from a truly trauma-informed place, with curiosity underpinning my practice. I believe people develop in accordance with their relational, social, family, developmental and wider societal contexts.

I am open, curious and will support you in all aspects of your client work, including your process and belief systems. I value the supervisory relationship as a rich source of insight, the dynamics that emerge between us can mirror or illuminate patterns within your client work, offering valuable opportunities for reflection and growth.
